1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale ("ToS") govern subscriptions to the paid plans (Premium, Pro) of the MacedFileConvert service. They supplement the Terms of Use.
2. Plans and prices
The plans and their prices are described on the Pricing page. Prices are stated in euros including all taxes. The editor reserves the right to change its prices, with ongoing subscriptions remaining billed at the subscribed price until their renewal.
3. Order and payment
Subscription is done online. Payment is processed securely by our provider Stripe; no banking data is kept by the editor. The subscription is activated after payment confirmation.
4. Duration and renewal
Subscriptions are entered into for the chosen period (monthly or annual) and renewed by tacit agreement, unless cancelled. In accordance with article L215-1 of the French Consumer Code, you can cancel online at any time, easily, from your account area (Subscription section); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L221-28 and L221-25 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content or a service fully performed before the end of the period, provided that the consumer has given their express consent and waived this right. By subscribing to a plan and accessing the Service immediately, you expressly request its immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed.
6. Refund
We apply a "satisfied or refunded" guarantee: any first paid subscription can be refunded in full, on simple request, within 14 days of subscribing. Beyond that, in the event of a proven and unresolved malfunction, a pro-rata refund may be considered on request. In the event of a billing error (for example a double charge), any amount wrongly collected is refunded to you in full.
7. Customer service
For any question regarding your subscription or billing, contact us via the Contact page or at contact@macedfileconvert.com.
8. Governing law and mediation
These ToS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
In accordance with articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge. Mediator: currently being appointed, their details will be published here as soon as they join. You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
